To get the best experience as a player we recommend you register and create a player profile. Go to the top right and click on the register/login button and fill in your profile details.

It's also your way to show off all of your event achievements in the form of badges, when you complete certain tasks at a venue they can reward you with a badge. Can you collect them all?

From your profile you can view other players you may know and add them as friends, this gives you the option to chat and arrange your next night out. You can also see what badges they have earned, and view their player profile from here.

Using The App As A Pub Or Venue

To get the best out of the app as a pub or venue we recommend you make your profile and upload your own pub image, this will automatically put you on the InPubEvents map and help your venue get seen by all app users.

Once you've made your profile, it's time to promote your first event, the first of many more to come, go to create event and fill in the form, once saved this will allow players to find your event and pre-register indicating how busy your are likely to be.

You can choose to turn pub requests on, they are set to off as default. Pub requests allow players to request anything they need from their seat anywhere in your venue. This allows those who are busy in the event to continue playing without going to the bar, but still generates custom throughout for your venue. Once the player has submitted their request it appears on your dashboard and you can mark it as in progress and then complete once you've finished the request.

All that's left from here is to run your next event, our bespoke App has been systematically crafted to give you all of the tools you need to run every detail like clockwork. Select your event from the events menu to utilise the inbuilt functionality.

We have created an in App quiz that allows you to build your own quiz or you can purchase a prebuilt quiz where you control when players get the questions, you can even mark all quizzes in the App and view your champion.

Running a poker tournament couldn't be simpler the built in clock, allows you to add levels, breaks and chip counts and can be used for knockouts of players. This can be projected onto a screen in your venue for all to see.

We don't offer a basic subscription because we want everyone to have a premium experience! The only must have purchase for your pub is our Subscription this gives you and your pub full access to manage your pub and its events within the app.

The cost to subscribe to the app for 1 month is £7.99

We offer a 12 month subscription for £79.99 which gives you 2 months free compared to a monthly subscription, this offers the best value to your venue and is sure to be the most popular option.

Weekly Quiz Purchase.

We offer a weekly quiz for your pub, we select 100 questions across 10 different rounds and one of these is always the ever popular picture round. To purchase this and take all of the hassle out of organising and marking quizzes select the quiz bundle option under subscriptions, once purchased we will email you the player code so that you can view the questions in advance. Our in-App quiz format is made with ease at mind. You create questions or purchase a quiz from us, players enter the quiz code and play on their phones, the answers automatically come back to you for simplified marking and the crowning of your pubs most knowledgeable team. Pre built quizzes cost just £4.99 per week.

Poker League Subscriptions.

There are additional In-App purchases which are designed to further enhance player experience. We currently have 3 options to subscribe to the InpubEvents Poker League. Both subscriptions come with prizes for the best performing players and the opportunity for them to play in an online game where they can win entry to some of the UKs biggest tournaments.

A 1 Month league subscription comes with a complete poker setup for up to 20 players, this includes 2 table top poker mats, 2 complete chip sets and cards for the game. This will be delivered to you within 5 working days of your purchase in the app. Upon expiry of your subscription simply subscribe again to keep the equipment for the next month or send it back to us in the prepaid returns box
